The Will County Estate Planning Council is a multidisciplinary organization that welcomes professionals with recognized expertise and a commitment to excellence in estate planning. Membership is open to individuals who meet the following professional criteria:
Licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and in good standing with the Illinois Supreme Court and actively engaged in the practice of estate planning
Licensed to practice in the State of Illinois.
Professionals engaged in wealth management and estate planning who hold at least one of the following recognized designations:
CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®)
Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®)
Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®)
Certified Exit Planning Advisor® (CEPA®)
Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®)
Officers of trust companies or banks with active Trust Departments engaged in trust and estate operations or administration.
